- Rotate your feet in both directions to loosen them up and get rid of unwanted fluid around the ankles.
- Walk on the balls of your feet especialy if you have chest probems such as asthma
- Pick up a pencil with your toes. This helps to tone up ligaments and tendons and also helps relax the neck and shoulder muscles.
- Place a ball under your foot and roll it the length of your foot. This will stimulate the respiratory and the digestive systems.
