1. Rotate your feet in both directions to loosen them up and get rid of unwanted fluid around the ankles.
  2. Walk on the balls of your feet especialy if you have chest probems such as asthma
  3. Pick up a pencil with your toes. This helps to tone up ligaments and tendons and also helps relax the neck and shoulder muscles.
  4. Place a ball under your foot and roll it the length of your foot. This will stimulate the respiratory and the digestive systems.
