There are various kinds of fats:

  1. Fats - composed of glycerol and fatty acids
  2. Saturated fats are fats in which the carbon molecules are completely saturated with an external hydrogen cage. Saturated fats are considered to be the BAD fats because they seemto increase cholesterol
  3. Unsaturated fats are also called polyunsaturated fats. They are GOOD fats because they don’t seem to increase the cholesterol levels.They give food a distinctive and desired taste
  4. Body Fats. An overweight person has a shorter life expectancy and higher disease rate than the average person. It is possible that an obsese person is actually suffering from malnutrition causing abnormal fat storage at the same time if the digestive tract is chronically backed-up. The food in the intestines gets backed-up and prevents the proper absorption of food, while the body is being starved. This starvation triggers the overproduction of fat to compensate for the malnutrition. This is why a cleansing product may be required nutrition for some people.

So what are the foods containing staturated fats and unsaturated fats?

Saturated fats-butter, ghee, vegetable ghee, coconut oil, palm oil, whole milk, cream, sweets prepared in ghee and vegetable ghee, wholemilk preparations, chocolates, cakes, biscuits, wafters, eggs, fat meat, oysters, fish.

Unsaturated fats-olive oil, peanut oil, seasame oil, maize oil, soyabean oil, karadi oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil.
